Terms for using WhyDoGEO, diagnosis quotas, reports and the Pro subscription.
Using WhyDoGEO
WhyDoGEO analyzes the wording and readability of public websites. You can read the guides without an account. To run a diagnosis, sign in and submit a public website you have the right to analyze. Keep your password and recovery code private. If you lose both, WhyDoGEO cannot reset your password by email.
Submit only pages that can be accessed without signing in. Keep personal, confidential and restricted information out of your submissions. Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not bypass access controls or usage limits, disrupt the service, or use it to access private systems.
Diagnosis and reports
A free account can run one homepage diagnosis per UTC day. Pro can run up to five diagnoses per UTC day and can analyze the homepage and up to seven relevant pages on the same site. A report can compare wording across pages, identify questions a buyer might ask, check what supports a claim, suggest edits and compare earlier reports when available. Site-wide capacity and the target website’s availability can affect whether a diagnosis completes.
Reports cite the material the service could read. The model can miss context or draw an incorrect conclusion. Check the quoted material and suggested edits before relying on the report or publishing changes. WhyDoGEO does not change your website or measure search rankings, traffic or actual AI recommendations.
Reports expire after seven days. Anyone who has the report link can open it while it is valid. Copy or export any report you want to keep, and share links only with the people you want to have access. See the Privacy Policy for details on accounts, reports and the use of MiniMax and Creem.
Pro subscription, cancellation and refunds
When checkout is available, WhyDoGEO Pro costs US$29.90 per month and renews monthly until canceled. Creem is the merchant of record. Creem’s checkout shows the total before you pay, including any applicable taxes. Pro access begins after payment is verified.
You can cancel renewal from the account panel. After a scheduled cancellation is confirmed, you can use Pro through the end of the paid period. Canceling stops future renewals. To request a refund or report a billing problem, contact support@whydogeo.com with your Creem receipt reference. Creem processes refunds under its Buyer Terms and applicable law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
